A Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor following the successful award of new work valued at approximately £100M per annum.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who wants genuine career progression. With continued growth across the business, the successful candidate will initially manage a £30M workstream and a team of five Quantity Surveyors, with a clear opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager position within 12 months.

Initially reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of a £30M workstream, leading and developing a team of five Quantity Surveyors.
The project portfolio consists of major utility and infrastructure schemes, administered under NEC contracts. You will work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure strong commercial control and successful project delivery.
