Up to £80k package, NEC4 and JCT contract reviews, with potential progression to Director, located in Kent.

Role - Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager (North Kent)

Based in North Kent, with the option to work from the office and visit clients as needed.

Engagement with accounts, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and installation teams.

Requirements - for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager

• Experience with contract review and construction contracts (JCT & NEC4)
• Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, including final account negotiations
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field, with relevant experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Director
