Qualifications

• Expérience avec les contrats JCT & NEC4.
• Gestion des contrats avec des entrepreneurs Tier 1 & 2.
• Expérience en gestion commerciale ou en tant que Directeur Commercial exigée.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les aspects commerciaux des projets de l'appel d'offre au compte final.
• Engager avec des sous-traitants, consultants et clients.
• Rapporter au Directeur Technique Associé.

up to GBP80k package, NEC4 and JCT contract reviews, progress to Director, Kent

Role - Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager (North Kent)

Based in North Kent, with flexibility to work from the office and visit clients as needed.

Engages with Accounts, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Clients, and Install Teams.

Reporting to the Associate Technical Install Director.

Requirements - for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager

• Experience with contract review and construction contracts - JCT & NEC4.
• Experience dealing with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, and final account negotiations.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields, with experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Director.

If you have managed the commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account, with experience in contractual management and cost control, especially in sectors like Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Fire and Security, Building Services, etc., please apply!
