Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term contract on a major civil engineering project in South Devon. You will lead commercial activities and support NEC contract administration, cost control and reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in civil engineering or infrastructure, with a track record on major infrastructure or highways projects and strong stakeholder management skills. Immediate start available on a flagship project with a leading contractor.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West?
Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.

• Commercial management of a major civil engineering project

• Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
