This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused analytical professional to support accurate, timely testing and compliant product release within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Perform sampling, sample preparation and analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, bulk, finished product, stability and investigation samples.
Operate laboratory equipment and perform testing in accordance with approved methods, specifications and GMP requirements.
Review analytical data, calculations and laboratory records, maintaining strong data integrity and ALCOA+ compliance.
Support environmental monitoring, purified water testing and laboratory operations.
Lead and support OOS/OOT, deviations, investigations, root-cause analysis and CAPAs.
Support method transfer, verification, validation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and competency support to QC Analysts.
Act as a technical escalation point and provide trained business-continuity support across QC activities.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or a related discipline.
Typically5–7+ years' QC analytical experience in a regulated environment.
Demonstrated technical review, troubleshooting, investigation and mentoring capability.
Hands-on experience with analytical laboratory techniques such as UPLC/HPLC, FTIR, NIR, UV/Vis and wet chemistry.
Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems and data integrity.
High level of accuracy, scientific judgement and timely escalation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively across teams in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
