Job summary

Paisley Site Services is seeking a highly skilled quality professional to lead the structural steelwork quality function. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN 1090 EXC3, and welding quality management in a workshop setting while coordinating with production and management teams.

You will act as the Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), manage LTQRs/WPS, supplier audits, and NCRs, and drive continuous improvement across the quality system and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in structural steelwork or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes and related documentation (LTQRs, WPS).
• CSWIP 3.1/3.2 Welding Inspector certification and experience as RWC per ISO 3834-2.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Oversee quality control for structural steelwork fabrication in a workshop environment.
• Ensure EN 1090 EXC3 compliance including FPC and welding quality management.
