WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a SeniorQA Testerwho will be responsible fortestingFrontier’s games throughout all phases of development, from pre-production through post-release content.

In this role, you’ll workon medium-to-high-risk features, designing and executing comprehensive test suites, and conducting both regression testing and playtesting. Leveraging QA experience, you’ll proactivelyidentifyand resolve issues, provide guidance to QA teammembersand recommend and implement improvements. Depending on project needs, you may also assume Assistant Lead or Team Lead responsibilities for specific phases or entire projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Write, run andmaintainmedium-to-high risk test specifications and suites for new and existing projects, ensuring efficient time reporting and estimates on given tasks and written suites.
• Conduct playtesting using a variety of test personas e.g. destructive testing and player-like testing.
• Envision user stories and gather data with provided instructions.
• Identifyand report issues in a clear andaccuratemanner.
• Perform regression testing for both internal and external issues.
• Act as point of contact for specific features, regularly collaborating with cross-discipline teams to gather and relay relevant information back to QA.
• Provide guidance and technical mentoring to other testers, including guidance on their documentation and advanced troubleshooting of other testers on the project.
• Raise potential future hurdles for testing, pre-empt problems, and suggest best fixes and ideas for further testing.
• Contribute to product information, identification of problem areas and analysis of trends toanticipateand navigate risks.
