Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to join an agile team driving transformation through robust manual and automated testing. You will shape test strategies, create automation solutions, and guide scrum teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with client transformation goals.

The role requires strong Java-based Selenium, Cucumber BDD, and API testing capabilities, with expertise in performance and security testing practices. SC cleared candidates are required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, REST Assured, BrowserStack, Postman/Bruno, PostgreSQL, Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, JSON, OpenText Web Inspect, JMeter

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, plans and scripts.
• Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
• Support to the development of scrum teams to automate tests.
• Review test environments and processes to improve quality.
• Provide test estimates.
