Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Test Analyst to validate requirements, define test strategies, and support development teams with automated testing. You will ensure traceability, monitor issues, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2–3 years’ experience, strong stakeholder skills, and background in software integration/testing. ISTQB certification and active SC Clearance are required; a related degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with iterative/incremental software delivery.
• Experience in fast-paced environments under strict deadlines.
• Background in software integration and system testing.
• Experience in automated testing.
• Experience using HP QC.
• Experience in defining test strategy/approach.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification.
• Active SC Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and validation.
• Defining and executing test strategies and scripts.
• Ensuring requirements traceability.
• Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques.
• Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
• Provide QA support to the development scrum teams to automate tests.
• Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards.
• Provide test estimates.
