We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to partner directly with development teams, champion quality best practices, and streamline testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases, set up and refine QA workflows, and provide guidance on designing and writing tests at all levels (unit, integration, and end-to-end).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and product managers to define quality standards, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria
Establish and optimise QA processes, ensuring smooth integration of testing throughout the development lifecycle
Mentor and guide team members on testing methodologies (unit, integration, and E2E) and best practices
Advocate for quality assurance in all phases of software delivery, identifying and escalating potential risks early
Contribute to automation efforts (e.g., writing or reviewing automated tests, integrating into CI/CD pipelines), while ensuring overall test coverage and reliability
Analyse test results, manage defects, and drive continuous improvements to enhance product quality

Requirements

Proven experience in a QA role with a solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E) and processes
Hands-on background in coding and automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) to support and extend automated test suites
Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring developers, collaborating with product, and advocating for quality standards
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile workflows, ensuring tests are seamlessly integrated and consistently run
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving quality improvements in software development
