Job summary

Salter Grange Limited seeks an experienced QA Campus Manager to lead quality assurance for a major data centre campus. You will work with project leadership, contractors, subcontractors and clients to drive quality across a large-scale operation.

The role requires proven QA management experience in data centres or similar high-stakes environments, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will oversee audits, inspections, NCRs and handover documentation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Manager/Quality Lead or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs and testing.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA strategy across the data centre campus.
• Manage and develop the site Quality team.
• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs and inspection programmes.
• Ensure compliance with client, contractual and project quality requirements.
• Oversee inspections, audits, NCRs, defects and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate client inspections, testing and quality documentation.
• Track quality KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Engineering and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure quality records and documentation are completed through to handover.
