Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA systems on data centre builds.
• Experience with UK/EU construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven track record managing QA/QC programs on large multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to balance quality with schedule and budget goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA/QC programs on London data centre projects.
• Supervise QA/QC personnel and site inspections.
• Review MEP/CSA works for compliance with technical specs.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and recordkeeping.
• Prepare weekly/monthly QA/QC reports and KPI trends.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with contractors.
