Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to strengthen quality across a portfolio of products. You will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end and API tests using TypeScript and Playwright, modernize testing infra by migrating legacy Java-based tests, and contribute to performance engineering through load testing.

This fully remote role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring of peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA, test automation, or related engineering role.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Playwright for E2E and API testing.
• Experience building/maintaining Playwright-based frameworks and migrating legacy tests from Java/Selenide.
• Experience with load testing and performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and stabilize automated E2E and API tests using TypeScript and Playwright.
• Lead migration of legacy Java/Selenide tests to Playwright/TypeScript.
• Improve test automation architecture, fixtures, browser contexts, test data management, and parallel execution.
• Develop load-testing scenarios using k6 and analyze performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with developers to improve performance and reliability.
• Write clean, concurrency-safe automation code and conduct code reviews.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Share knowledge through mentoring and documentation.
• Promote best QA practices across product teams.
• Explore AI-assisted tooling to streamline testing.
