Senior QA Automation Engineer

Troi Search is working exclusively with The Gym Group to find a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

The role involves ensuring high-quality digital experiences for The Gym Group's 1 million members by leading QA efforts across mobile and digital platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain and improve testing standards, focusing on their mobile app test automation framework based on Appium.

Key requirements:

We seek someone with hands-on expertise in automation and exploratory testing, strong test planning skills, and a quality-first approach. Experience with QA tools on Mobile Apps should include:

• Appium
• Playwright
• Postman (API testing)
• Confluence for documentation
• Continuous Integration tools

Bonus points for experience with:

• Object-oriented languages like C# or Java
• Lighthouse for performance testing and CI
• Sonar for security analysis and CI
• Lucidchart or Miro for visual documentation
• Jira/Confluence or similar for project management
