Senior QA Automation Engineer

Troi Search is working exclusively with The Gym Group to find a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

The Senior QA Engineer will ensure a high-quality digital experience for The Gym Group's 1 million members by leading quality assurance across mobile apps and digital platforms.

They will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain and improve testing standards, focusing on their mobile app test automation framework built on Appium.

Key requirements:

Experience in automation and exploratory testing, with strong test planning and a quality-first mindset. Proficiency in QA tools for Mobile Apps, including:

• Appium
• Playwright
• Postman (API testing)
• Confluence for documentation
• Continuous Integration tools

Bonus skills include:

• Object-oriented programming (C# or Java)
• Lighthouse (performance testing and CI integration)
• Sonar (security analysis and CI integration)
• Lucidchart or Miro for visual documentation
• Jira/Confluence or similar tools for managing user stories and sprints
