Senior QA Automation Engineer

Troi Search is working exclusively with The Gym Group to find a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

The Senior QA Engineer will ensure a high-quality digital experience for The Gym Group's 1 million members by leading quality assurance across mobile apps and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain and improve testing standards, focusing on their mobile app test automation framework built on Appium.

Key requirements:

Must demonstrate hands-on expertise in automation and exploratory testing, with strong test planning skills and a quality-first approach. Experience with key QA tools on Mobile Apps includes:

• Appium
• Playwright
• Postman (API testing)
• Confluence for documentation
• Continuous Integration tools

Bonus points for experience with:

• Object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java
• Lighthouse for performance testing and CI integration
• Sonar for security analysis and CI integration
• Lucidchart or Miro for visual documentation
• Jira/Confluence or similar for project management
