Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced experience within Financial Crime with a solid understanding of related processes and controls.
• Proven QA experience in financial services environments.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive, with ownership and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
• ICA qualification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Determine, negotiate and agree internal quality procedures, service standards and specifications to improve performance and quality.
• Monitor performance with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and govern internal quality assurance procedures, standards and specifications.
• Create reports and presentations on QA performance for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
