Job summary

CSL Group is seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer to drive 품quality across CSL’s systems, devices, and platforms. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers and DevOps to ensure robust test coverage and end‑to‑end validation in daily workflows.

The role involves manual and automated testing, including hardware testing, with an emphasis on improving test strategies and integration into CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression testing.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in software/hardware testing and QA.
• Knowledge of testing automation and defect tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across teams.
• Continuous learning approach, keeping up to date with new testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, functional, non-functional and usability testing.
• Conduct hardware and device testing ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and CI/CD integration.
• Review unit tests with software engineers to improve coverage.
• Support release readiness and overall quality Across product roadmaps.
