Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux skills and familiarity with version control.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Genuine interest in solving complex engineering problems and building reliable systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance applications and backend services using Python.
• Develop internal frameworks, tooling and platforms used across the business.
• Work with distributed systems, complex architectures and large-scale infrastructure.
• Drive code quality through testing, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to shape technical solutions and deliver new capabilities.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance.
• Contribute to automation and the evolution of the team's development practices.
