Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Python.
• Experience building and operating production backend systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Experience developing APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, version control, and modern development workflows.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and containerised environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
