Mondrian Alpha is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its Systematic Trading team in London. You will design and develop the full technology stack underpinning the firm’s global trading operation, including trading systems, market data connectivity, execution algorithms, and research infrastructure.

The environment is Python-centric, with emphasis on highly available, distributed systems and tight latency requirements.

Formación

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience building complex mission-critical systems.
High-availability distributed systems with low latency.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop and maintain mission-critical software for systematic trading and post-trade analysis.
Build high-performance market data, signal/feature computation, portfolio optimisation and execution management systems.
Develop highly available distributed trading infrastructure with stringent latency requirements.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate high-level requirements into robust technical solutions.
Enhance monitoring and observability tooling across the trading platform.
Own projects through design, development, testing, documentation and production support.
