• Ability to lead and mentor in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python-based services and data processing components powering AI-driven case management.
• Build, implement and optimize data pipelines linking enterprise apps with AI/LLM platforms.
• Create, refine and optimize prompts and AI workflows for higher quality outputs.
• Support and drive adoption of agentic AI capabilities and automation across investigations.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring proper ingestion, transformation and prep for AI/analytics.
• Ensure retrieved AI information is accurate, reliable and compliant.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in AI and data engineering.
• Contribute to scalable AI-powered solutions improving investigative processes via automation.
• Promote modern AI engineering practices, including agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
