Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to lead the low intensity therapy team within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression in North Tyneside.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and contribute to the development of low intensity therapy delivery while maintaining your own low intensity practice. The role offers regular supervision and CPD opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• You will provide clinical leadership to LI PWP's, LI Supervisors and Trainee PWP's.
• You will maintain your own low intensity practice providing assessment and treatment for people with common mental health problems.
• Regular supervision and excellent development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Low Intensity Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner team and contribute to quality improvement within NHS Talking Therapies.
• Support supervision and the Continuing Professional Development programme within the service.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to achieve high quality clinical care and meet national Talking Therapies KPIs.
