Qualifications

• Experience in medical communications or pharmaceutical communications environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering publications projects.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and building professional relationships.
• Understanding of project budgets and financial processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for career development in medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a range of publications projects from brief to completion.
• Work across manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress-related publications.
• Develop timelines, trackers and status updates; keep teams and clients informed.
• Build relationships with clients and act as primary contact.
• Coordinate with medical writers, editors, clients and stakeholders.
• Support publications planning to meet objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets; assist with invoices and reconciliation.
