Envision Pharma Group is seeking an Account Manager to drive high-quality medical publications work across neuroscience, immunology, and oncology. You will own client relationships, manage publication projects end-to-end, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project or account management experience in medical communications.
• Experience on publications-focused accounts.
• Experience managing complex projects with financial oversight.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and publication planning software such as iEnvision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client interactions and oversee project delivery from briefing to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality execution of deliverables.
• Understand client objectives, industry regulations, and internal SOPs to ensure alignment and troubleshoot challenges.
• Work closely with Scientific leads to align on strategy, content, and planning; mentor team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and manage account performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and support new business opportunities within existing accounts; contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance company processes and services.
