Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead face-to-face and virtual client workshops with stakeholders.
• Use evidence-based approaches to inform decisions and challenge assumptions.
• Navigate ambiguous, complex environments with clarity and structure.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers and teams.
• Deliver BA work on high-pressure programmes and set quality standards.
• Identify value opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and AI applications in business processes.
• Line manage and mentor Business Analysts.
