Qualifications

• Solicitor with 4+ PQE and strong public procurement experience.
• Solid understanding of commercial law and public sector requirements.
• Strong drafting, commercial management and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to business development, client engagement and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise major public sector bodies, utilities and leading suppliers on complex procurement matters.
• Draft procurement documentation and negotiate commercial contracts for outsourcing projects.
• Support High Court challenges with the litigation team and contribute to client development.
