Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Procurement Solicitor for Oxfordshire, offering £75,000 - £95,000 DOE. The role involves advising major public sector bodies, utilities and suppliers on complex procurement matters, from tender strategy to contract negotiation, including High Court challenges.

You will contribute to client development, mentor junior colleagues and help grow a market-leading practice within a leading national firm. Generous pension, five weeks’ leave and other protections are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE and strong public procurement experience.
• Solid understanding of commercial law and public sector requirements.
• Strong drafting, commercial management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise major public sector bodies, utilities and suppliers on complex procurement matters.
• Shape tender strategies and draft procurement documentation.
• Negotiate commercial contracts for high-profile outsourcing projects.
• Involve in High Court challenges alongside litigators.
• Support client development and mentor junior colleagues.
