Qualifications

• Solicitor with 4+ PQE in public procurement.
• Strong drafting and commercial law skills.
• Experience advising public sector bodies and suppliers.
• Proactive business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Advise major public sector bodies, utilities and suppliers on complex procurement matters.
• Shape tender strategies and draft procurement documentation.
• Negotiate commercial contracts for outsourcing projects.
• Support high-stakes High Court challenges with litigators.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
