Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in an environment governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
• Substantial experience with managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Substantial experience with procurements for works, services, and supplies across categories.
• Significant experience evaluating tender responses.
• Experience running tenders under UK public procurement regulations and framework agreements.

Responsibilities

• Determine best procurement route for a given requirement (tendering, direct negotiation, frameworks).
• Manage end-to-end procurement of multiple categories.
• Ensure all relevant procurement notices are completed.
• Prepare and review tender documents for competitive processes and frameworks.
• Utilise best-practice procurement approaches and tools based on service, value, and business needs.
