Brewhouse & Kitchen Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead our kitchen team, maintain high standards, and ensure excellent guest service. You’ll work with the Head Chef to manage stock and enforce food safety.

You’ll prepare and cook to spec, contribute creative menu ideas, and mentor junior staff to deliver consistency on every shift. This is a hands-on role in a busy pub kitchen with a 40-hour week and opportunities for development.
