Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead our kitchen team. You’ll drive high standards, manage food stock, and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests.

You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to maintain safety, quality, and menu development, with creative opportunities to evolve dishes and deliver exceptional pub dining every day.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are key within this role and developing rapport with the wider team.
• Drive and determination to deliver an excellent service every day.
• Manage food stock and ensure safe working practices per regulations.
