Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead our kitchen team. You’ll drive high standards, manage food stock, and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests.

You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to maintain safety, quality, and menu development, with creative opportunities to evolve dishes and deliver exceptional pub dining every day.

Qualifications

• Manage food stock and ensure safe working practices per regulations.

Role Purpose

Our Kitchen Teams are key to running a successful pub. You are passionate about great food, uncompromising in your standards, with a great eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills are key within this role as is developing rapport with the wider team, understanding the shared goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

As part of our kitchen management team, you’ll have the drive and determination to deliver an excellent service, every single day. You will work alongside the Head Chef in managing the food stock, ensuring safe working practices and that your pub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations. You’ll take a front foot in the preparation and cooking of our menu, ensuring it leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests and will be given creative opportunities to develop dishes for our menu.
