Job summary
This is a temporary role for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to cover a maternity leave at The Farndon Unit, a low secure care facility for women with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the care pathway through specialist psychological advice and consultations.
Main duties of the jobAs a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the care pathway, identifying and developing new services for other conditions, ensuring all non-medical therapeutic approaches are underpinned by a conceptual model and have an empirical evidence base, and ensuring the transdisciplinary team has access to and understanding of the specialized skills and concepts.
