Farmfield Hospital is inviting applications for a Principal Psychologist to lead and shape high-quality psychological services within a multidisciplinary setting. You will provide clinical leadership, expert assessment and tailored interventions for complex mental health needs, ensuring recovery-focused care.

You will supervise psychology staff, contribute to risk management, and drive service development, audits and evidence-based practice across the service.

Competenze

• Honours Degree in Psychology recognized for graduate membership of the BPS.
• Doctoral Degree in a Practitioner Psychology discipline or equivalent recognized by the HCPC.
• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
• Experience with diverse clinical presentations and evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of psychometrics, assessment, formulation and intervention.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision within psychology services.
• Deliver expert psychological assessments and a range of evidence-based interventions.
• Contribute to service development, audits, research and policy development.
• Offer consultation and guidance to multidisciplinary colleagues to embed psychologically informed approaches.

Doctoral Degree in Practitioner Psychology
