Rethink Mental Illness seeks a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver high-quality mental health support within the criminal justice system at HMP Deerbolt. The post operates across TEWV and Humber Teaching NHS FT, with travel between sites in work time; expenses paid. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required.

Formación

• Qualified PWP with training aligned to IAPT Low Intensity National Programme.
• PWP accreditation with BABCP or BPS.
• Completion of or progression towards IAPT supervision training.
• Post-qualification experience delivering full range of IAPT low-intensity interventions at Step 2.

Responsabilidades

• Manage referrals and assess suitability per service protocols.
• Provide person-centred assessments and low-intensity interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions using a self-management approach.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies for continuity of care.
• Offer clinical and management supervision to junior staff and model best practice.
• Maintain accurate records and outcome data per policies.
• Monitor performance and contribute to audits and service improvements.
• Adopt a flexible, solution-focused approach to challenges.
