Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Band 5) for the West Cornwall area, with full-time, part-time or flexible hours. The role is in-county Cornwall with a focus on delivering high-quality low-intensity therapies to adults. Training and supervision are provided.

The post supports adults with common mental health difficulties, requires PWP registration and LI course completion, and offers CPD opportunities in a supportive NHS environment.

Formación

• Degree in IAPT Low Intensity Psychological Therapies Practice (PWP Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner).
• Evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
• Experience of working in Primary Care Services.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and provide evidence-based interventions to support mental health.
• Deliver 1:1 face-to-face, telephone, video, group courses and CBT.
• Coordinate with step 3/4 clinicians for safe onward referrals.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the service and raise awareness.
• Commit to equal opportunities and flexible working patterns.
