Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Rotherham team. You will work within a skilled, diverse therapy service to support recovery and access to care.

The role focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions, supervising junior staff, developing care pathways, and collaborating with MDTs to ensure integrated care.

Responsabilités

• Support the manager across duties as appropriate within the post.
• Develop efficient pathways of care in collaboration with Team Managers.
• Work with practice teams to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Deliver clinical and managerial supervision to junior staff.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure appropriate interventions.
• Promote and maintain a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach to care.
• Participate in service and multi-agency development.

We currently have positions for Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join the Rotherham team where you will work alongside a team of highly skilled and diverse therapists., The post holder will:

• Support the manager as required, across the range of his/her duties as appropriate within the grading of this post.
• In conjunction with the Team Managers, develop efficient pathways of care.
• Working with practice teams to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Deliver clinical and managerial supervision to junior members of staff.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure patients receive appropriate interventions.
• Promote and maintain an effective multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach to care.
