CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee two depot operations in the Liverpool area. You will be responsible for engineering compliance, budget control and leading a multi‑skilled team of engineers to maximise fleet performance.

The role requires senior management experience in PSV engineering, a Transport Manager CPC, and a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification. A permanent senior position with pension and strategic influence awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCV/PSV engineering environments.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for engineering performance across two depots.
• Ensure DVSA, operator licence and company engineering compliance.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, servicing and repair standards.
• Control engineering budgets and departmental expenditure.
• Lead approximately 8 engineers and 4 auxiliary staff.
