IG Group seeks a Senior Manager, Prudential Risk to own and deliver the ICARA process and capital modelling oversight in a high-visibility, second-line role. You will interact with Finance, Risk, and Board committees to translate regulatory requirements into robust capital planning and stress testing frameworks.

The role requires deep regulatory fluency with MIFIDPRU, CRD/CRR, and FCA expectations, along with the credibility to engage senior management and external regulators.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in prudential risk, capital management, or related quantitative risk disciplines within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of MIFIDPRU, ICARA, and capital adequacy assessment processes.
• Proven ability to prepare regulatory submissions and interact with FCA/PRA.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute ICARA process end-to-end, coordinating risk assessments and capital adequacy reviews.
• Develop and maintain capital models including Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 requirements.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and respond to supervisory requests with clear, well-argued positions.
• Partner with Finance on capital planning, forecasting and risk reporting to committees.
