Job summary

IG Group in London seeks a Senior Manager, Prudential Risk to own the ICARA process, drive capital adequacy assessments, and ensure regulatory submissions meet FCA standards. You will translate complex requirements into robust capital planning and stress-testing work.

Working with Finance and the Risk function, you will develop models, oversee governance, and present findings to Risk Committee and Board, shaping IG's prudential framework in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in prudential risk, capital management, or a related quantitative risk discipline within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of MIFIDPRU and ICARA processes with strong governance practices.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and engaging with the FCA or PRA on prudential matters.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute ICARA end-to-end, design stress testing programmes and produce FCA-ready narratives.
• Develop and maintain capital models covering own funds and add-ons with clear documentation.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and respond to supervisory requests, engaging with FCA.
• Partner with Finance on capital planning, forecasting, and MI for committees and Board.
