Trace | Expert Accountancy & Finance Recruitment is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee all FCA regulatory reporting and interact closely with senior leadership. This role offers real exposure to the CFO and CEO, where the candidate will manage regulatory reporting accuracy and lead the ICARA process.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in FCA regulatory reporting.
• Proven ICARA and IFPR experience (non-negotiable).
• Solid grounding in financial reporting and IFRS.
• Ability to translate complex regulation into clear insights.
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver all FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy.
• Act as subject matter expert on regulatory requirements.
• Lead the ICARA process under IFPR.
• Support capital planning and stress testing.
• Monitor regulatory and liquidity capital.
• Deliver monthly reporting for management and stakeholders.
