Job description

Senior Proposal Manager (Property Development)

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager (Development Solutions) to join our strategic bid team based in London. The strategic bid team supports our ambition to grow the business by ensuring that we secure business-critical national frameworks and bid for Department for Education projects, as well as bidding for Development opportunities as part of our dedicated National Development Solutions Team.

The Development Solutions team plays a pivotal role in securing long-term land, development, and regeneration-led projects supporting the long-term growth across all areas of our operational geography. Typical multi-sector contracts we target and secure are circa £100m - £500m over 5 -10 years.

The main duties of the Senior Proposals Manager include managing the quality of submissions and actively working with our Strategic Head of Proposals and the Development Solutions team to develop compelling, customer-centric, and strategic quality bid submissions. You will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end bidding best practice process and an appetite for curiosity, innovation, and continual learning and improvement.

You’ll also support the creation of clear and effective customer presentations and provide creative ideas and initiatives throughout the bid process.

You will lead and deliver up to four bids per year, providing an opportunity for anyone who wants to demonstrate and implement bidding best and next practice at its highest standard.
