Clinical Trial Vendor Manager - Novartis Dedicated (home-based anywhere in Europe)

IQVIA is seeking a Global Trial Vendor Manager to join our Single Sponsor Department, dedicated exclusively to Novartis. In this role, you will oversee vendor management for global clinical trials across all phases (Phase I–IV), from study start-up through to close-out.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in vendor oversight, ideally with a background in managing trials on a global or regional scale.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provides vendor oversight and management at a trial level to ensure all vendors deliverables are done timely & with good quality
  • Coordinates vendor deliverables during study start-up
  • Covers all vendor activities after study start-up and all categories not covered by VSEs
  • Drives and monitors vendor activities for site activations
  • Manages and documents vendor performance issues and risks, escalating as needed
  • Coordinates vendor study deliverables supporting database lock (DBL) and study close-out
