The position involves regular travel across the portfolio, overseeing leasing, marketing, and performance metrics, with a focus on occupancy and profitability in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in residential property management with 300+ unit portfolio.
• Experience supervising a team of 5+ across multiple properties.
• Proficient with YARDI, RentCafé, credit screening, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and reporting.
• Assist in budget prep, oversee financial performance and vendor payments.
• Manage lease renewals, marketing, and occupancy strategies for Class A properties.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and review leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, EEOC, OSHA, EPA, and local laws.
• Travel regularly to support properties within the portfolio.
