Job summary

Cobalt has partnered with a leading advisory firm to support the growth of a high-performing Occupier Management and Global Occupier Services division. The Surveyor / Senior Surveyor will deliver best-in-class commercial property management services to a prestigious national occupier account, taking ownership of day-to-day performance across a portfolio of sites.

Ideally MRICS-qualified, you will have a proven Estates Management track record, and be a natural collaborator with strong time

Qualifications

• Estates Management experience with a track record of managing complex client instructions.
• MRICS qualification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong time management and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and deliver high-quality end-to-end property management service.
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across a portfolio of sites.
• Drive efficient, cost-effective management of the client’s property portfolio and identify value opportunities.
• Provide timely, accurate advice and leverage wider team expertise when needed.
• Maintain regular client contact and deliver clear reporting.
