Qualifications

• ARLA or MRICS qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of residential property and portfolio management.
• Experience managing client, tenant and contractor relationships.
• Understanding of budgets, cashflows and rent arrears.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 97 residential properties and act as a primary client contact.
• Build relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
• Conduct property inspections and manage repair schedules and contractor instructions.
• Oversee lettings, market values and letting options.
• Negotiate rent reviews and monitor rent arrears.
• Manage estate budgets and cashflows; advise on legislative changes.
• Support pitches and develop client relationships to grow the portfolio.
• Support the management and development of other property managers.
