My clients have an extensive portfolio across the county and are now looking for a hard-working and experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and lead from the front.

Senior Property Manager – Benefits:

• £28,000 basic salary DOE plus incentives
• Monday - Friday position

Senior Property Manager – Duties:

• Oversee a small team of Property Managers and the day-to-day running of operations
• Manage a small portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio and stay updated with upcoming legislation changes
• Compile reports and engage with the wider management team on business strategy
• Implement new ideas and strategies as needed

Senior Property Manager – Experience Needed:

• Previous property management experience is essential - a minimum of 18 months
• ARLA qualification or similar
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT knowledge, with experience using Microsoft Office packages
• Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
