Job Responsibilities

• Operational management of a portfolio of 3/4 residential developments
• Line management, training, and advising Development Managers and site staff
• Supporting the Associate Director and mentoring team members
• Managing correspondence, site visits, and client relations
• Monitoring contractor performance and overseeing maintenance projects
• Interpreting leases and legislation, ensuring compliance
• Preparing financial reports, managing service charges, and attending meetings
• Supporting team development and ensuring high standards across schemes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in property management, ideally within residential portfolios
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with necessary documentation
