We're excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Exeter office. The salary range is £25,000 to £30,000.

Role Responsibilities

• Organising & recommending maintenance works, including snagging and defect management for new builds
• Communicating regularly with landlords via Microsoft Teams and email
• Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
• Renewing and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Conducting inspections, inventories, and checkouts through third-party providers
• Supporting team members and line managers with ad hoc queries and escalations
• Assisting the Senior Management Team with various requests
• Leading in the absence of the Client Manager

Candidate Qualities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
• Level 3 PropertyMark qualification preferred
